OPPO Find X10 Ultra could become one of the company’s most ambitious cameraphones. According to the well-known insider Digital Chat Station, the manufacturer is testing a smartphone with a processor MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Proa periscopic camera with native 10x optical zoom and a 200-megapixel sensor. The device is also credited with a large BOE display with a resolution of 2K and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
The smartphone is allegedly being developed under the internal name Nebula. All the given characteristics have not yet been confirmed OPPOso they should be taken as preliminary information.
OPPO Find X10 Ultra is tested with Dimensity 9600 Pro
According to Digital Chat Station, the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro processor became one of the variants of the OPPO Find X10 Ultra hardware platform. If these plans are implemented, the smartphone could become the first ultra-premium flagship in its segment with a Dimensity chip.
This is a potentially important change for the Find X Ultra line, because the use of a top MediaTek processor instead of the traditional Qualcomm platform for many premium Android smartphones could change the balance of power in the flagship segment. However, there are no concrete test results, performance indicators or information about the cooling system yet. Therefore, it is too early to assess the real capabilities of Dimensity 9600 Pro in this smartphone.
OPPO Find X10 Ultra camera can get 10x optical zoom
The most interesting update may be a periscope telephoto camera with a native 10x optical zoom. Unlike digital zoom, optical zoom allows you to get more detailed pictures of distant objects without simple software scaling of the image. The leak also mentions a 200-megapixel camera with extended dynamic range. It can provide more options for framing and processing photos.
If these features appear in the final device, OPPO will have a serious argument in the camera phone segment. At the same time, it is not yet known which sensors will be used, whether the periscope module will have additional focal lengths, and how image processing will work.

Another possible upgrade concerns the screen. According to the insider, OPPO is testing a 6.89-inch BOE panel with 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. The display is also credited with narrow symmetrical bezels on all four sides and rounded corners. This design should provide a large useful screen area without a noticeable increase in the front panel. The high refresh rate will be useful primarily when scrolling the interface and in games, and the 2K resolution should provide a clear image on a large diagonal. However, the actual quality of the panel will also depend on brightness, color calibration and energy efficiency.
When will the OPPO Find X10 Ultra be released?
OPPO Find X10 Ultra is currently under development. The internal name Nebula and the list of possible specifications indicate that the company is working on a serious update of the flagship line. However, the manufacturer has not yet announced the date of presentation, price and final configuration of the smartphone. It is also unknown whether all the mentioned components will make it to the serial version.
