Huawei OSTA O1 Pro may be one of the first smartphones of the new Xingmang sub-brand, which also will use the English name OSTA. New sources revealed features of the design, display, memory configuration and colors of the future model. Along with it, Huawei is allegedly preparing the basic OSTA O1. The company has not yet confirmed the existence of a new line. According to preliminary information, it will focus on a younger audience and online sales, offering smartphones with powerful characteristics and unusual design.
Huawei OSTA O1 Pro will receive a wide flat display
Huawei OSTA O1 Pro attracts the most attention in the leaks. The smartphone is credited with a 6.39-inch flat LTPS display with a resolution of 1.5K. A feature of the screen can be the aspect ratio 16:9.5. It will make the display noticeably wider compared to the panels that are usually used in modern smartphones. Very thin bezels on all four sides are also reported. According to the leak, their width will be approximately 1.05 mm. If this information is confirmed, the screen will occupy a significant part of the front panel. The back of the case may also differ from the usual Huawei design. In the published images, a long horizontal camera block is visible. At the same time, the characteristics of the sensors and the capabilities of the camera have not yet been revealed.
OSTA O1 will receive a different design
Along with the Pro version, Huawei is allegedly developing a standard OSTA O1. It can use a display with curves on all four sides. Another feature will be the large round block of the main camera on the back panel. Thus, two models can get different design solutions:
- OSTA O1 — a display curved from all sides and a large round block of cameras.
- OSTA O1 Pro — flat wide screen and horizontal camera module.
Little is known about the technical characteristics of the standard model. Display size, processor, cameras and battery remain unknown. There is also no confirmation of how significantly the hardware platform of the two smartphones will differ.
The Huawei OSTA O1 Pro box revealed the memory configuration
One of the latest leaks includes a partial image of the OSTA O1 Pro retail box. The package allegedly states the configuration with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. Previously, sources also reported four possible memory options:

Possible colors include Starry Sky Black, Nebula White and Starlight Purple. These are black, white and purple design options. However, there is no official confirmation of memory configurations or colors yet. The image of the box also does not reveal the full list of smartphone characteristics.
Huawei has not yet confirmed the launch of the Xingmang sub-brand
The name Xingmang has already appeared in Huawei trademark registers. The company registered a related trademark in 2023, and filed another application in 2026. This indicates that Huawei is protecting the relevant designation, but does not in itself confirm the launch of a separate brand of smartphones. According to sources, OSTA could become an online-oriented brand for a younger audience. Its devices will allegedly receive flagship-level characteristics, but there is no information about prices, positioning and release dates yet. If the leaks are confirmed, Huawei will get another line of smartphones with its own design and positioning. However, until the official announcement, the characteristics of OSTA O1 and OSTA O1 Pro should be taken as preliminary data.
