The deployment started on October 22 — a week earlier than the original schedule. The OnePlus 15 and the OnePlus Pad 4 tablet were the first to receive the update. Now they have been joined by a few more models, including smartphones from previous generations.

So don’t expect all ColorOS 17 features to be available on each of the six models. For OnePlus owners, the most noticeable change will be the transition from OxygenOS to ColorOS. Both systems already have a lot in common in terms of design and software, so the new interface may feel familiar. However, the platform change itself means a new stage in the development of the brand’s software.
