Specifications of the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Notebook Ultra 15 have been leaked ahead of their upcoming launch. As the Chinese tech giant gears up to launch the Mi Notebook Pro 14, Notebook Ultra 15 in India later this month, specifications of the upcoming notebooks have surfaced online ahead of the launch.
Earlier this week, 91mobiles shed light on Xiaomi's plan to launch two new notebooks dubbed the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Mi Notebook Ultra 15 in India. The above names hinted at screen sizes of 14 inches and 15,6 inches.
Some reliable sources recently told the publication that the upcoming laptops will be an upgrade to the RedmiBook Pro 14 and Pro 15 that were launched in China this year.
Unfortunately, the models scheduled to arrive in India later this month will not have discrete graphics support. In other words, they will ship with Intel Xe graphics for now.
The publication has shared new leaks that allow us to familiarize ourselves with the specifications of the Notebook 14 Pro and Mi Notebook Ultra 15.
Specifications of Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 14 & Notebook Ultra 15
In advance, the Mi Notebook Pro 14 will have an attractive 14-inch display with a striking resolution of 2,5 KB and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The slightly larger Mi Notebook Ultra 15 features a 15,6-inch display with 3,2KB resolution support and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device will draw power from a 70Wh battery with 100W charging support.
Both variants will be sold with Intel's 11th generation Core i5 as well as i7 processors. Additionally, they will be available with Xe graphics.
The models come with 16GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM and offer a sizeable 512GB of PCIe SSD storage. They will come pre-installed with Windows 10 Home, MIUI+ and Microsoft Office Student Edition.
In addition, both laptops are equipped with 4 W speakers that support DTS Audio. Other notable features include a backlit keyboard, a fingerprint scanner, and an HD webcam.
In terms of connectivity, the devices will have a 3,5mm audio jack, HDMI port, USB-A 2.0 port, USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, USB-C port, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 6.
Price and availability
The RedmiBook Pro 14 is sold in China for 4699 yuan (about $726). This model is equipped with 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB of built-in storage, Intel-Xe graphics and has an Intel Core i5 processor under the hood.
Instead, the RedmiBook Pro 15 is priced at 4999 yuan (about $773). This variant is equipped with an Intel Core i5 processor combined with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal memory. It has Intel Xe graphics. Prices in India are likely to be similar.
